Center for Health Care (CHC)
Office Setup. The President of Tamils Health Organization UK (THO-UK) visited the Northern & Eastern provinces in February 2003. Following his visit it was decided that THO-UK would assist to improve the health of the people in the North & East. It was decided that THO-UK would work in partnership with the local NGO Centre for Health Care, to carry out and implement the required health work in this region.
